Welcome to “Ife & Riff Raff” (the “Game”), developed by Oke Doke Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or play the Game.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
Age Requirements: You must meet the minimum age required for mobile games in your region to play.
Account Creation: To access online features such as cloud saves, login, and leaderboards, you may be required to sign in via a third-party service (e.g., Google Play Games, Apple Game Center). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. License and Restrictions
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree not to:

Exploit bugs, glitches, or use third-party software (cheats/hacks) to gain an unfair advantage in online rankings or leaderboards.
Disrespect, harass, or submit offensive usernames to our public leaderboards.
3. Online Services and Advertisements
Cloud Saves & Data: While we strive to protect your progress via cloud saves, we cannot guarantee against data loss caused by server interruptions, connection drops, or hardware issues.
Third-Party Services: The Game integrates third-party services for advertising and core mechanics. Your interactions with these services are subject to their respective terms. You can review how your data is handled in our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game—including but not limited to artwork, code, music, characters, names, and titles—are owned exclusively by Oke Doke Studios.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oke Doke Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Game.
